Most people will only focus on the quantity of calories that they take in throughout the day, but the quality is just as important, if not MORE important. If you want to have a fighting chance of getting a trimmer stomach, then you have to know where your calories are coming from.
2. You have to get 8 hours of sleep. Believe it or not, the amount of sleep plays a pretty large role in how your body burns off calories and stores fat. Also, when you feel sleep deprived, you are more likely to binge on sweet snacks that will give you that sugar rush, but lead to a bulging belly.
