How to Comfort Sciatica Pain
How can the doctor help? To what extent the help of painkillers to reduce pain? It may be difficult to identify the point where the pain could be a gallop.
Sciatica pain is caused
by compression of any of the five spinal nerve roots. It can be caused due to the sciatic nerve in one leg or both legs. The pain may be felt in the lower back, hips or different parts of the leg and foot. Severe pain can cause numbness, muscle weakness, numbness or tingling, and difficulty moving the leg.
One such case was seen by me. A 28 year old lady was lying in bed. I had stabbing pain in the left thigh. She did not allow me to play for even a very slight pressure. acupressure treatment required to give me a slight throbbing pressure in certain reflex points located on the back of the left thigh, lateral thigh, hips and center on the side of the spine at equal intervals of 1 inch from the tailbone toward the back of the neck.
I started to give birth in 30 seconds by pressing the pressure on the heel side, 2 inches above the ankle bone on the inside of the left leg, the center-raising muscles in the back of the knee joint, back of the left thigh and the midpoint of the line next to the hips. It took me only 3-4 minutes. Then I put my thumb on the side of the thigh to apply gentle pressure for 30 seconds. By then the pain shot had been comforted.
Later I could continue to provide a slight pressure on your spine from bottom to the back of the neck, in the range of 1 inch. She felt very relaxed, the pain had virtually disappeared. The final exercise was made to lie face down. I raised my left-foot, while turning left knee, the heel was required to be pressed to play the left hip. If excessive pain, the heel should be pressed to get closer to the hip. The heel should stay in this position for 15-20 seconds and then brought back.
Finally, the patient should lie on the right side so that said pressure could be applied on the side of the left hip bone. Usually, the elbow is used to apply pressure for 15 seconds.
